1. Gift Vouchers are acceptable at all DLF Brands stores in India for Brand Stores of DKNY, Sunglass Hut, Alcott, Mothercare, Boggi Milano, Early Learning Centre, Pure Home+Living.

2. The Gift Voucher entitles a Customer to Purchase merchandise against the value as mentioned on the face of the Voucher if presented in Original and is not torn, defaced or mutilated.

3. The value of the Merchandise purchased by Customer should be equal or more than the value of the Gift Voucher. The balance value of the Merchandise, if any, will be required to be paid through cash or credit/ debit card.

4. The gift voucher cannot be en-cashed or refunded and can be redeemed against purchase only. No cash will be refunded for balance amount in case purchase value is less than voucher Value.

5. No claim shall be entertained for any lost Gift Voucher. Only the bearer of the Original Gift Voucher is entitled to purchases.

6. The Gift Vouchers are valid for duration as under from the date of issue:
a. In case of GV purchased by Customer, it is valid for 6 months.
b. In case of GV issued in Promotion, it is valid for 3 months.

7. The Gift Vouchers cannot be altered, revalidated or modified.

8. No Duplicate Gift Voucher will be issued in lieu of lost, torn, defaced or mutilated Gift Voucher.

9. Gift voucher received through sale promotion cannot be clubbed with any ongoing promotion or sale.
